The next in Lifecycle’s series of free CPD training seminars will take place in February and aim to ensure the network’s members are up-to-date with the most topical accounting and regulatory issues.
The events will take place at seven venues across the UK and will be delivered by accounting expert Valerie Steward, from specialist accountancy training provider Park Seminars.
The sessions will highlight the main changes in the accounting field but will also look at Practice Regulations, Bribery, Client Money, Credit Regulations, Data Protection and Ethics – helping to ensure that no areas are overlooked and that you provide the highest levels of client service.
By attending this accounting and general business update, you will come away with:
- Awareness of the key regulatory compliance issues and confidence to advise on them;
- Understanding of the importance of regulatory compliance for your practice and, where relevant, your clients;
- The ability to develop a plan to ensure continued compliance.

Training timings and what you’ll take away
Spring Accounting Update sessions will be undertaken as both breakfast and afternoon events – in Preston, Liverpool, Salford, Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham and London – and refreshments will be provided beforehand.
Each will qualify for 1.5 hours of CPD and offer delegates the opportunity to network and discuss issues raised during the seminars with Valerie and members of the Lifecycle team.
