As the demand continues to grow for SME finance outside of traditional bank lending products, Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group has extended its UK service offering and capabilities with a number of appointments to its Reach Commercial Finance division.
The three new recruits to the independent financial brokerage team are Paul McGinnes, Debbie O’Grady and Hayley Martin. They’re now working with accountants, SME owners and lenders to meet the increasing number of requests for commercial finance expertise and products such as invoice finance, asset finance, property finance and cashflow loans.
Paul takes on the role of Head of Scotland. Based in Leonard Curtis’ Glasgow office, he’s supporting SMEs and their accountants to overcome critical hurdles by sourcing the most comprehensive funding solutions to enable them to grow.
Debbie joins the Group’s Manchester office in a senior business development role – again under-standing client requirements and reviewing options to find the most suitable funding solutions. She’s also already providing an advisory role to Reach’s existing client book, ensuring that current finance agreements are working in the best interests of the client and their business.
Hayley Martin has also joined Reach in a sales support role for the Manchester team.
