Just two months after opening its doors in Southampton, Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group (LCBSG) has recruited Natasha Dochniak as Business Development Manager.
Her appointment will help meet growing demand for professional services support from the South Coast’s financial and legal community
Natasha joins the newest and fifteenth office location for LCBSG, which is located at Ocean Village. She will work alongside Director David Smithson to deliver positive strategic business advice to the local business community.
Born and bred in Southampton, Natasha returns to her home city from Australia – where she had roles at the Sydney Opera House, Historic Houses Trust and the Financial Services Institute – to take up the position. She said: “Joining LCBSG may have given me a different sea view, but the brief is equally as exciting. It’s great to be involved from the very start in a new region.
“Nationally, the Group’s success speaks for itself with its restructuring division saving over 14,000 jobs in the last three years. In addition the firm’s turnaround division – Corporate Strategies – agreed over 150 Time to Pay arrangements for clients in the same period, repaying over £26 million to HMRC, whilst our bespoke brokerage, Reach Commercial Finance, raised £250 million in commercial finance. Needless to say, our arrival on the South Coast has been welcomed by ambitious SME owners here and those who advise them.

Natasha will look to develop the company’s unique Lifecycle accountancy network along the South Coast, which now boasts over 1560 members UK-wide. Free to join, it offers members a wide range of benefits, including a regular programme of regional seminars, technical mailers and webinars. Regular events will now be hosted across the region.
