2nd January 2018
With so many changes to accounting standards and regulations of late, it can sometimes be hard to keep on top of things. This is why Lifecycle has just launched its next round of accountant training sessions to tackle the hottest topics and clarify any confusion. Even better, they’re free to attend.
The accountancy network – provided by Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group (LCBSG) – is set to welcome back Valerie Steward, from Park Seminars, to present her highly popular Spring Accounting Update at eleven venues across the UK.
Firms will now be aware of the impact of FRS 102 and other changes to the accounting regime but we are already looking at the next update to the standard and so this session will focus on ‘issues’ with the current regime and the contents and timing of upcoming changes.
The seminars will address a number of areas including:
- Reporting options available
- Key issues, problem areas and how to deal with them
- What is going to change and when?
- Steps to take to ensure you remain compliant
Starting on 6th February and running through to 7th March, the UK-wide roadshow of seminars – which accounts for one and a half hours CPD – will visit venues in Preston, Liverpool, Cheshire, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Durham, Derby, Birmingham, Bristol and London.
Events will be undertaken as breakfast and afternoon sessions and refreshments will be provided beforehand.
